Refund Eligibility

• Refund request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Product must be in original packaging
• Damaged or defective products are eligible for full refund

• Product has been used or damaged by the customer
• Refund request made after 3 days of delivery
• Change of mind after delivery

Advance Payment

Please note that an advance payment of Rs. 300 is required at the time of order confirmation. This advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation after order is dispatched.
