At ZYCANTA STORE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, here is how our return process works.

Return Conditions

• Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
• Product must be in original, unused condition
• Product must be returned in original packaging
• Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items only

Non-Returnable Cases

• Product has been used or opened
• Return request made after 3 days of delivery
• Minor color or size difference due to screen display
• Change of mind after delivery

Advance Payment Note

The Rs. 300 advance paid at order confirmation is non-refundable if the return is not due to our fault (wrong/damaged item).

How to Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and photos of the product
3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
4. If approved, ship the product back to our address
5. Replacement or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
