Refund policy

At ZYCANTA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds:

Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The Confirmation Deposit (Rs. 300)

  • Please note that the Rs. 300 advance payment made for order confirmation is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind).

  • This deposit is used to cover the shipping and handling costs incurred by the courier.

Returns (Faulty or Damaged Products)

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 03294160951 with photos/videos of the product.

  • In case of a faulty product, we will provide a Full Refund or a Free Replacement. ZYCANTA will bear the return shipping costs in this case.

Exchanges (Change of Mind)

  • If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind, the product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the shipping cost of the new item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3-5 working days.
