At ZYCANTA, we aim to deliver your favorite products in the fastest and most reliable way possible across Pakistan.

To ensure a smooth delivery and minimize fake orders, we follow a simple confirmation process:

Confirmation Call/WhatsApp: Once you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call within 24 hours.
Security Deposit: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a nominal security deposit of Rs. 300 to confirm the booking.
Adjustment: This Rs. 300 is not an extra charge. It will be deducted from your total bill. (For example, if your total is Rs. 2,000, you will pay Rs. 1,700 to the courier rider at the time of delivery).

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after the security deposit is confirmed.
Standard Delivery: It usually takes 3 to 5 working days for the parcel to reach your doorstep.
Delays: During sales or public holidays, delivery might take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS so you can monitor your parcel's journey.

Please ensure your mobile number is switched on and you are available to receive calls from the courier rider.
If a parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, the Rs. 300 security deposit will be non-refundable to cover the courier's two-way shipping cost.
